This July: Ramadhan Preparation Programme!

With Ramadan fast approaching we should begin to start thinking to prepare

ourselves both menatally and physically for the blessed month. As Muslims it is of

utmost importance to take care of our health, fasting is just one method which,

when undertaken correctly, can help to cleanse our body of toxins and parasites

which stagnate in our bodies. During Ramadan many of us suffer with various side

effects of fasting; Some find that their immune system weakens and they become

unwell, whilst others suffer with sugar cravings, and the most common is that
